What is the Vulnerable Status Effect in Outriders?
Vulnerable in Outriders is a status effect that increases the amount of damage dealt on enemies by 15% for 10 seconds. Enemies can also inflict Vulnerable on you, which causes them to deal 15% (or 1.15 multiplier) more damage to you for the same 10 seconds. This status impact has no known counters.
Vulnerable, like other status effects in Outriders, can be applied to gears and skills via mods. Spend Class Points on skills that will help you improve the effectiveness of your Vulnerable effect. Go to Dr. Zahedi and use the crafting menu to craft mods that focus on this status effect to make it the focal point of your build.

Tier 1
- Vulnerability Bullets: Shots inflict Vulnerable on enemies. Cooldown of 8 seconds.
Tier 2
- Improved Vulnerability Bullets: Shots inflict Vulnerable on enemies. Cooldown of 4 seconds.
Tier 3
- Ultimate Vulnerability Bullets: Shots inflict Vulnerable on enemies. Cooldown of 1 second.

- Reflect Bullets (only with the Hollow Point armor mod)
- Endless Mass (only with the Mosh Pit armor mod)
