Fishing Controls in Nier Replicant
- First, you have to find a suitable water body that has several fish.
- Now, stand on a platform or along the shore of the water body.
- Press ‘Circle’ on PlayStation or ‘B’ on XBOX and select the bait of your choice.
- Your character will cast the line automatically.
- For the fish to get a proper bite, wait till the bobbing float goes underwater.
- This is the perfect time to pull back your fishing rod.
- You will have to pull the fishing rod in the opposite direction of the fish. For eg., if the fish is moving to the top left, pull your analog stick to the bottom right.
- A health bar indicating the fish’s health will appear below.
- Keep at it till the bar completely depletes.
- After this, your character will pull the fish out of the water and you will have caught a fish.
