Complete the Lost Shrine first to reach this quest. You will have to talk to the villagers to unlock the quest. One of the villagers is an Item Shopkeeper. He is next to the old grandpa who will give you Wild Boar Hunt Quest. Completing this will unlock Board Riding in Nier Replicant. Back to our eggs search talk to the shopkeeper and accept the Lost Eggs Quest.
The second part is to find the eggs which are extremely easy to locate. Exit the village and towards the fountain. The first wall on the right end look on its back, the eggs are in the shadow of the wall. Just walk near and the character will grab the egg. Return to the shopkeeper to collect your reward – Health Salve.
This is how you can complete the hidden Chicken Egg quest in Nier Replicant.
