As you journey through Valisthea in FF16, you will need to gather crafting materials to upgrade your character. These resources can help Clive craft new weapons or armor. The best bit is that you can even sell them to earn Gil. However, you’d probably want to hold on to the White Wyrm Bone – a rare and powerful crafting resource. This material can be used to reinforce Clive’s weapons. However, it’s not easily found in the open world. So, if you are trying to get the White Wyrm Bone in Final Fantasy 16, our guide will tell you all you need to know.

How to Get the White Wyrm Bone in Final Fantasy 16

You will get the White Wyrm Bone after defeating the White Dragon in Final Fantasy 16. Clive will encounter the boss at the end of the main quest ‘Fire in the Sky’. This will be the 37th main campaign mission in FF16. After slaying White Dragon, the White Wyrm Bone will be one of three Spoils that players will get. You can then take the rare material to a blacksmith and craft a weapon and armor. Here is how it is done.

How to Use White Wyrm Bone in FF16

The White Wyrm Bone can be used for crafting the Diamond Sword, Diamond Armlets, and Diamond Sash for Clive. These can be created and reinforced by Blackthorne at Cid’s Hideaway. The best item to craft among these is the Diamond Sword. To craft it, you will need:

  • 1x White Wyrm Bone
  • 1x Imperial Link
  • 90x Bloody Hide

You can also get the Diamond Sword from various vendors. We’d suggest that you buy the sword and use the White Wyrm Bone to reinforce it. To reinforce the Diamond Sword in FF16, here are the materials you will need:

  • Diamond Sword +1 – 52x Bloody Hide, 1x White Wyrm Bone, 1x Diamond Sword and 1x Imperial Link
  • Diamond Sword +2 – 1x Diamond Sword, 4x Meteorite and 60x Bloody Hide
