During the tutorial phase in Palworld, you are given several objectives which also include beating your very first boss. This happens when you build your base, catch a few Pals using Pal Sphere, and are finally ready to take out Zoe & Grizzbolt. Once you beat them, you are completely on your own. This is because there are no definite instructions given on what to do next. That is why, we are here to help you through it.
In this guide, we will tell you exactly what needs to be done after the first Boss Fight in Palworld. So if you want a proper direction to chase, this is where to get started.
Things to do After the First Palworld Boss Fight
After defeating Zoe & Grizzbolt, the first Boss in Palworld, you are supposed to do plenty of tasks. One of which is finding other Boss Towers and beating them. In case you haven’t figured it out yet, each part of the Palpagos Island has a Tower which is home to a Boss. You need to find these Towers to get to the respective Boss Fight. But before that part, there’s a lot you need to do first. Here’s how you can begin:
Expand your Base
It is pretty obvious that you must upgrade your Base in Palworld for the survival of yourself and your Pals. You need to unlock several new structures and facilities from the Technology tab and place them on your Base. By the way, you will need to farm Technology Points for that, so be prepared for that as well.
Catch Pals
Aside from the Base, your other primary objective in Palworld is to catch Pals and complete your Paldeck. The map is filled with creatures whom you can catch using your Pal Sphere. That said, you can use a Mount Pal to explore the map and catch Pals for your Party. Not only you can use them for battle, but also assign them tasks on your base.
Aside from the normal Pals, you can also find Alpha Pals, which are rarer and stronger versions of regular Pals. It’s also possible to Breed a male and female Pal to obtain a Unique Pal if you know the Breeding Combo.
Upgrade your Character
Even though your Pals are the powerhouse of your kingdom, you should also take care of your in-game character. This can be done by finding Schematics and crafting Rare or Legendary Armor, Weapon, and other Accessories.
Defeat other Bosses
Now that you are well aware of how Palworld works, you can go after other bosses after defeating the first one in the tutorial. Here’s a list of all the Boss Towers and their locations:

- Location: Free Pal Alliance Tower (185, 28)
- Axel & Orserk
- Location: Brothers of the Eternal Pyre Tower (-585, -518)
- Marcus & Faleris
- Location: Tower of the PIDF (558, 334)
- Victor & Shadowbeak
- Location: PAL Genetic Research Unit Tower (-149, 445)
