The Sea-Breeze Boomerang is inside a chest in the Hebra Canyon Mine of Zelda TOTK. The exact coordinates of the chest are -2735, 2918, and -1120. You can get to the location through Narusis Lightroot from the Hebra Mountains Depths. But if you are finding it difficult to follow the coordinates, then follow these steps and claim the item in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
- Enter the Depths from Rito Village Chasm (-3571, 1803, 0119) or fast travel to Narusis Lightroot (-2559, 3354, -0711).
- Glide and Dive towards the Hebra Canyon Mine region and head towards this coordinate (-2735, 2914, -1119).
- There you will see the structure, get to the center of it at (-2735, 2918, -1120).
- Open the chest and claim the Boomerang.
