How to Get Gem Fragments in Diablo Immortal

diablo immortal get and use gem fragments

You can get Gem Fragments in this game from the excess materials of Legendary gems. This is the main method. Arguably there is another method but it is one-time only. So here are both ways to get it.

  • From Legendary Gems: When you use a higher level Legendary Gem to upgrade a lower level Legendary Gem. The excess materials turn into Gem Fragments.
  • Completing Diamond in the Rough: Diamond in the Rough is a main quest that you can complete to easily get 5 Gem Fragments.

So, the best way to get Gem fragments is by completing Elder Rifts then converting the legendary gems you get from it. The crests you get from these Rifts provide you with different legendary gems. And as explained previously, you can then use them to get excess materials that give you Gem Fragments. This was just one way to get Legendary gems. I suggest you check our detailed guide on how to get legendary gems to plan out the best way to farm them.
