Use a Flying Pal
If you are stuck under the map, you will most likely find yourself in the middle of an ocean. In this situation, you will have to use a flying Pal. Take advantage of the flying mount and fly your way out of the water body you are trapped in.
However, this is easier said than done, as some of the players may not have a flying Pal with them when they are stuck due to this glitch. Additionally, this solution can also work if your character is stuck behind a wall.
Climb your way up
When you are trapped under the map, you will notice that your stamina keeps rapidly dropping as well. In case you are not able to fly your way out, your second best option would be to climb the rocks or mountains that appear near you. However, this situation will be different for every player, you might either get stuck close to a huge structure or you might have to swim a lot to get close to one.
In this situation, your main priority should be to keep your stamina in check. Once you are able to find a surface that is low enough for you to climb on, you can either jump or use a grappling gun to pull yourself toward the top of the cliff. Rejoin the server

By doing this, you will be able to still keep all the items you own, even once your character dies.
