How to Fix Performance Issues in Pokemon Scarlet Violet
You can fix Frame Rate and Performance issues in this game by saving and restarting your game. Thanks to @CentroPokemon on Twitter for sharing this fix. Based on their testing this error occurs due to a memory leak. Especially when you are near towns or cities. Now there could be other possible reasons as well for this error. But these are the only ones known so far.
Here is how you can restart your game:
- Press X on your Nintendo Switch Pro controller or on your Joy-cons.
- Save the game.
- After saving close the game.
- Now restart the game and the game should be a lot smoother than before.
You can even restart your Nintendo Switch to see if it helps any better.
And if the above fix doesn’t work and you are looking to try more aggressive means then you can also delete your Save data. It may or may not work because it is mainly used to help you change the nature of your starter.
