How to unlock Criptograma Chests with Charts in Far Cry 6?
To unlock the Criptograma Chests you will initially have to find the two linked charts for the same. You can find the indicator of which Criptograma charts to look for on the chest itself. Now, just collect said charts from around the chest and go back to your starting point. This will allow you to access and open the Criptograma chest to get the reward inside.

Far Cry 6 Criptograma Chests & Criptograma Charts Locations
I will divide the locations according to the various islands on the map. This will help you understand and plan out your tactics better
Isla Santuario
Chest No. 1
Head to the Armonia Town near Casas Cove. Go in the Northwest direction and you will find the chest next to a house.
The very first Criptograma chart will be located on the top of the very same house where you find the chest. Climb onto the roof and get it.
For the second chart just head over to the backyard and look for the huge pipe. Inside this, you will find the Criptograma Chart.

Madrugada Far Cry 6 Criptograma Chests and Charts Locations
Chest No. 2
For this chest, you will have to go south of Serpentino Park. Head over to the El Dorado cabins and look for a watchtower. The chest is on top of the tower.
To find the first chart you will have to head over to the beach towards the south of the tower.
The second chart is also pretty close to the first one and is also on the coast. Just listen for the windchimes.
Chest No. 3
Go over to the jetty next to Poesia. You will be able to see the chest right on the pier.
For the first chart just use the jetski close by and head over to the rocks straight ahead.
To get to the second Criptograma Chart in Far Cry 6 just use the blue color markings and head back to the chest to open it.
Chest No. 4
To find this chest you will have to go to the north of the Verdera town. Just look for a billboard and climb on top of it. This is where you will find the chest.
To find the first chart you will have to go on the roof of the nearby houses. Follow the blue markings and you will get there.
Once you are here, just look for the markings on the floor and follow the sound to the second chart.
Chart No. 5
Head over to the dockside as seen on the map. You will be able to find the chest on the balcony of a building over here.
To find the first chart use the vehicle pickup point and go to the island in the north. This is where you will find the first chart.
The second chart will have you going for a swim. Just dive down and you will be able to find the chart at the bottom nailed to a plank.

Valle De Oro Far Cry 6 Criptograma Chests & Criptograma Charts Locations
Chest No. 6
To find the sixth chest, you will have to head on over to the town of Feroza. Simply head to the south of the town and look out for a construction site.
You will find a marking for the first chart on the wall next to a trailer behind the chest. You will have to go to the rear of the shed and break the wooden board on the bottom. Enter and you will find the chart inside.
Now, get out of the room and look for a scrapped car around the construction area. Just break the wooden pallet on the car and you will find the chart inside it.
Chest No. 7
Head over to the northwest of the Segunda town. Go to the fields and look for a watchtower. On the top of this tower, you will find the crate.
Now look out over the field and you will find a couple of holes in the ground. First, head over to the one on the left and blow up the barrel on the top. Then dive down inside and you will find the first chart.
For the second chart go over to the next tunnel and blow up the barrel again. Now, you will find the chart inside.
Chart No. 8
Go over to the south of the Guillermo Castillo Bay and you will find a flooded area. Head over to the ruins and look for a tower. Here you will see the chest at the bottom of the tower.
To get to the first chart you will have to take the ladder on the right of the chest and climb up the tower using grappling hooks and vines.
For the second chart, you will have to go to the tiny tower right behind the first chart. Jump into the water and enter from the bottom of the tower. Climb up and you will find the second chart.
Chest No. 9
To find the ninth Far Cry 6 Criptograma Chest & the corresponding Criptograma Charts you will have to go to the town of Ruben.
To get the first chart you will have to head over to the jetty and look under it.
For the second chart just look for a cave. Shoot the orange netting and the cave will explode. Now, enter inside and you will find the chart.

El Este
Chest No. 10
Go over to the People’s Pride Clinic near Pequena bay. Climb onto the roof of the clinic and you will find the crate on the roof.
To get to the first chart head right onto the roof of the next building. You will be able to hear the windchime for the chart. The chart is seen near a chair nailed to a ventilation pipe.
The second chart can be seen on top of the building closest to the beach. You will find the chart attached to a water tank.
Chest No. 11
Go over to the Cauto De Paso Lagoon and look for the jetty in this region. You will find the crate in this area.
For the first chart simply head north over to the next jetty. You will find the chart nailed to a hut here.
The second chart can be seen towards the western edge of the swamps. This one too is nailed to one of the huts.
Chest No. 12
To get to this Far Cry 6 Criptograma Chest & the corresponding Criptograma Charts you will have to go to Casa Marroquin. This is located northward of the Savannah Fields. You will have to climb the roof of an house and you will find the chest here.
Now for the first chart you will have to go over to the south west direction of the chest. There is a small animal pen that you will have to enter. The chart is inside this enclosure.
For the second chart you will have to go over to the south of this location. You will find the chart nailed to a small shed.
Chest No. 13
For the 13th chest you will have to go to the tiny town of Concepcion. Head over to the rooftops using the ziplines. You will find the chest here next to some barrels.
To find the first chart simply follow the indication arrow. You will find a small stall and the chart is inside it. Jump through the window to get it.
Now, for the second roof you will have to go back on the rooftops. Let the sound from the windchime guide you.

Esperanza
Chest No. 14
Go over to the southern outskirts of the town of Esperanza and you will find the chest next to a house. This is the location of the 14th Far Cry 6 Criptograma Chest & the corresponding Criptograma Charts.
To get to the first chart you will have to look to your left while near the chest and use the hook to go on the rooftops. Jump over to the next building on your right and you will get the first chart.
Now, for the second chart, you will have to use the zipline to cross over to other buildings. Use the vines to climb up onto the roof and find the second chart. Keep an ear open to hear the windchimes.
Chest No. 15
To get to the last chest in the map go to the north of the La Divinidad Cathedral (FND Base). Use the grappling hook to get onto the rooftops of the houses. You will find the chest on a rooftop nearby.
To get to the first chest you will have to jump over the roofs on the right and then hang a left to go over to the cathedral. You will find the first chart on the balcony.
For the final chart, go over in the east direction of the cathedral. Jump over again and you will find the chart nailed to a door on a rooftop.
How to open the Criptograma Chests using the Charts in Far Cry 6?
Once you collect the corresponding charts, just go back over to the original location of the chest. Simply interact with the chest and you will now be able to open it. Inside there are some special rewards in the form of gear items.
Another thing to note is that your search for the charts will become easier if you listen to the sound of the windchimes. This will allow you to pinpoint the location of the charts and chests. You should also employ the use of the Avispa Buzzer Resolver helicopter. This makes roof hopping much easier.
The Criptograma Chests are something that gets unlocked once the story missions are over. So, you can grind for new resources with this method. once you find all the chests you will also get the ‘That’s Puzzling’ trophy.
