But if you choose to cure Lae’zel in BG3, she will get a Zaith’isk debuff decreasing three of her random stats for the rest of the game.
Cutting to the chase, the Githyanki Zaith’isk creche will fail to cure and extract the Parasite in BG3 despite whoever sits, first. While Lae’zel will be a bit feisty, you will gain her approval even if you decide to cure yourself by going first. For that, choose the “You would be hunting for this place without my guidance.
