How to Complete Conquest End Goal in Manor Lords
As mentioned earlier, you have to gain control over all the territories on the map by Influence to win a session by Conquest. For this to happen, you have to work hard and become the most powerful person in the game. Below, you will find a few ways through which you can make your presence felt across all the regions. If you manage to accomplish it, you can easily secure your victory by Conquest in Manor Lords.
Increase Regional Wealth
I think it’s crystal clear that a good economy is the backbone of a thriving settlement. Keeping this in mind, your primary objective should be increasing your Regional Wealth and at the same time, upgrading your town. This will help you get access to advanced weapons and armor through Burgage Plot Extensions. Since you will be attracting some enemies while claiming territories, you will need good defense and military power to deal with them.
Gain Influence
While claiming a Neutral territory will cost you 1k Influence, it will cost you 2k Influence to claim an enemy’s territory. So to win by Conquest in Manor Lords, you will need to have at least 10K Influence. During the initial stages, you can gain a lot of Influence by doing these jobs in your town:
- Build and Upgrade Churches
- Build and Upgrade Manors
- Enact Tithes
- Destroy Bandit Camps
By doing these tasks, you can gain a good amount of Influence.
Be Prepared for Battles
Once you claim an enemy region by Influence, a progress bar will show up. It will slowly fill and in the meantime, the AI rival will try to contest you in a battle. You have to win this battle or else you will fail to claim the region. To ensure your victory, you should upgrade your Burgage Plots to level 2 and above. By doing this, you will get Burgage Plot Extensions like Armorer’s Workshop and Blacksmith’s Workshop. From here, you can craft Armor, Helmets, and Weapons for your Units.
By any chance, if a situation for war arises, you must send your best troops to put up a fight. You can prioritize putting Militia in your Units. Next, you can recruit Retinue and Mercenaries to show up to battle. If you somehow neutralize your rival Lord, you can easily claim other regions by using your gathered Influence.
