How to complete Light a Spark in Watch Dogs: Legion
Light a Spark quest contains two objectives — acquiring Albion Operations Data and disrupting Albion Propaganda.
Acquire Albion Operation Data
In order to obtain Albion Operation Data, you need to head toward the Royal Courts of Justice location on your map, which should have a marker on it. Once you get there, make your way through the main entrance, either in a superstitious or aggressive manner. Make sure to have a close eye on three or four guards.
Now, go upstairs and keep following your marker. You will find yourself locked in a metal cage, which has a sign Albion Protected written on it. Pull out your Infiltrator Spiderbot and deploy it inside the location by tossing it over the wall.
After taking a control of the bot, have a talk with the Operation data and collect all the evidence. That’s basically all you need to know about how to acquire Albion Operation Data in Watch Dogs: Legion. Now, it is time to head toward the next generation.
Disrupt Albion Propaganda
In order to disrupt Albion Propaganda, you need to go toward Camden High Street. Using ‘M’, you can pull up your map and instantly reach there. Once you get there, make sure to hack some terminals to earn some bonus ETO. Look up at the billboard and press ‘Q’ to interact with it.
The next thing you need to do is to go around the street and jump the fence to get into the parking lot. There you will see an Ixatech Scissor Lift inside, which can easily be hacked using your middle mouse button, if you are playing Watch Dogs: Legion on PC. Now, hit ‘F’ to raise it bring you up to the roof. Jump onto the roof and make your way up the pipe by holding the jump button.
After picking up +10 Tech Points on the wood, continue along the roof, jumping over the fences when possible, toward the billboard. Clear the gap by holding the jump button and then have an interaction with the ctOS controller powering the billboard.
Doing this will disrupt Albion Propaganda and complete the Light a Spark quest.
