One of the most sought classes in Remnant 2 is people looking to unlock the Archon Archetype. Previously there was same curiosity around the Engineer and the Invader classes as well. But the unlock method is available for them both and many even have gotten a taste of their perks, skills, and abilities.
When it comes to Archon though, players only have leaks. From speculating its abilities having to do with plasma and shields to what the corrupted status means. Players, everywhere have been scratching their heads at it. So based on the leaks, here is how you can get the Archon class in Remnant 2.
How to Get Archon Archetype in Remnant 2?
To unlock the Archon, you will need the Master Portal key. Thanks to Reddit user u/FoskitoNegro for sharing this information. You can check out their post here. As per their finding, the exact method is as follows:
- “First you need to ding a locked door at The Labyrinth, to open it you need the Master Portal Key found at the Labyrinth and being with the Status CORRUPTED.”

How to Get Corrupted Status in Remnant 2?
The biggest piece in the puzzle here is getting the Corrupted status. There is a chance that a weapon mod could let you apply this de-buff on yourself or on an ally. u/FoskitoNegro confirmed that a mod lets “apply FRAGMENTED status”. So there is a possibility players might find something similar to get the Corrupted status.

There is also the option to use Multi-class with any of your current classes or you can use Blood Moon Essence and get the Summoner Archetype.
