One of the most important things that you should know about after making progress, is the Raid times in Type Soul. This Bleach-inspired game which true to the series, lets you play as a Soul Reaper, Hollow, and Quincy. And as you progress, no matter what class your character belongs to, you will eventually find yourself the need to get better items and weapons. And while there are some abilities you unlock by progressing if you need some of the best weapons or gear in the game. You will need to win raids.
How to Do Raids in Type Soul
There are mainly two types of raids that you can take part in, Karakura Town and Faction raids.
Faction Raid Timer
As per the game’s official Trello, these raids have a chance to happen every 40 minutes based on the server time. So even if it is 2:00 as per your time. But if the server is at 1:40 then you will have to wait another 20 minutes for the raid to start.
- Faction Raid requirements: You will need at least 5 players from your faction, and 5 players from an enemy faction on your server for the raid to start. That means if you are a Soul Reaper, you will need at least 4 other soul reapers (the 5th one being you) and 5 Hollows or 5 Quincies for the raid to happen.
Karakura Town Raid Timer
Unlike the Faction raids, these raids have a chance to start at every “XX:00” hour. That means you can only participate in these raids when the time is for example 3’O clock. So if you try to raid at 3:30 the raid won’t be available and you will have to wait till 4.
- Karakura Town Raid requirements: Similar to a Faction raid, you will need at least 3 players from your faction, and 3 players from an enemy faction on your server for the raid to start.
How to Win Raids in Type Soul
There is no specific thing that you can do to have a guaranteed win in raids. The raids will come down a lot to your team’s strength and how powerful the enemies are. But to increase your chances of victory, you can always level your character up and have powerful abilities like shikai, bankai, schrift, voltstanding, and more.
