Solving puzzles is a big part of Hogwarts Legacy, as such, there is one such tough puzzle in the form of a sundial. This puzzle comes during one of the last quests for Poppy. It involves a lot to do besides the sundial, like things involving statutes, light, and symbols too. This makes it sound very complicated and hard to do but don’t worry. This guide has you covered on all the steps you need to take in order to complete this quest and how you can enter the Ruins.
How to Solve Sundial Puzzle in the Ruins in Hogwarts Legacy
When you get there, the first thing you need to do is check the symbols on the closed doors. You need to take note of which symbols are lit up. Once you have noted or, memorized the symbols are lit up, head to the Sundial
This Sundial area will have two pillars, it will also have symbols on the ground around these pillars. You need to find your two symbols that were lit at the door to solve this Sundial puzzle. Once you have found the symbols, head over to the opposite side of the first symbol. Cast Accio on the nearest pillar from it and move it directly opposite to this symbol. There will be a circular slot that the pillar fits in perfectly, this is where the pillar needs to be.
For the second symbol, you have to do the exact same thing. This time, however, you have to pull the other pillar instead of the first one. Once you have both pillars in place, if you check back at the doors they will have opened. You can now enter the ruins and the Sundial Puzzle is solved.
