Returnal is packed with secrets that you have to uncover and dangers you have to face. During your progression, you will come across a variety of items such as the Child’s Watch that will come in handy along the way. Its benefit is associated with dying in the game and it’s something you will end up doing a lot. But that’s where the fun of this roguelike genre is and it will all be worth it in the end. So, in this guide, we will explain what is the Returnal Child’s Watch and how to use it to your advantage when you die.
Returnal Child’s Watch Explained – How to Use it?
Similar to the Astronaut Figurine, you can get an extra life with the Child’s Watch after you die. You will respawn at the location where you lost your life. Your items and essentials like weapons, artifacts and parasites will be intact. The difference between the Figurine and the Watch is that with the Watch you get a low amount of health back. Still, it is worth having because you will need all the extra help you can get.

How to Get Child’s Watch?
Players have to buy the Child’s Watch from Fabricator shops where it will cost 175 Obolites. If you don’t want to spend money, you can start checking out the various biomes to see if you can find it. But the best and fastest way to obtain it is, of course, purchasing it.
Note that you will be able to stack the two ‘extra life’ items so you get more chances in case your health drops to zero.
