  1. First, launch Pokemon Sleep on your device.
  2. Next, click on the Pokemon button located in the bottom left corner of your screen.
  3. After that, select the Pokemon Box option.
  4. Then, select the Pokemon that you want to Level Up.
  5. Once done, click on the Level Up button and pay the asked price to attain a higher level for that Pokemon.

The requirement to Level Up in Pokemon Sleep is usually, Candy or Dream Shards and any other item that the Pokemon likes. Candy & Dream Shards serve the purpose of granting tons of EXP in one go. So if you want to farm a good chunk of EXP simply start collecting these items and that’ll do the trick. As mentioned earlier, Pokemon also gain EXP and level up over time depending on your nap sessions. But do note, to make this work you’ll have to first add them to the Helper Team. And to change team members again click on the Pokemon button and Select the Edit Teams option.
