Sleep for 8 Hours a Day

Getting some sleep is the best way to improve the mood of your Pokemon. That’s because when you are getting some rest and recharging for a new day, your Pokemon are doing the same. So don’t forget to start a Sleep Session whenever you are going to sleep and try to improve your Sleep Score. If you have a low Sleep Score, then it’ll simply affect the Helper Pokemon and their energy. It is recommended to get at least 8 hours of sleep, to keep things going smoothly.

Use Energy Boosting Skill Pokemon

Players can also make their Pokemon Happy in Pokemon Sleep by adding helpers who have Energizing Cheer & Energy for Everyone skills. These skills simply restore a certain amount of Energy to any random Pokemon. Energizing Cheer skill users are Slowpoke, Wynaut, & Wobbuffet, They tend to restore 14 Energy of any Pokemon in the game. Similarly, the Energy for Everyone skill user is Igglybuff and has the ability to restore 5 Energy of any random Pokemon. There’s also a Skill known as Charge Energy, which doesn’t affect other Pokemon but restores 12 Energy of the user when they’re feeling low.

Use Energy Restoration Items

Last but not least, using Energy Restoration items like Energy Pillow can also get you going. This item has the ability to restore 50 Energy of a single Helper Pokemon. Players can get this item from the Regular Exchange shop for 240 Sleep Points or from the General Store for 60 Diamonds. Using the Energy Pillow is only recommended when you are really in need, as it’s quite expensive.

Other Tips to Boost Energy in Pokemon Sleep

  • Rather than trying to increase the Happiness of the Pokemon, use the Pokemon who already have high Energy.
