To catch a Pokemon in Pokemon Sleep, first, complete a Sleep Session and then click on the Pokemon you like. After that, simply feed them Biscuits until you unlock the Pokemon’s Level 1. And once you do, the following creature will be added to your Pokedex. Don’t forget, Pokemon only spawn after you take a nap and wake up in the game.   1. First, launch Pokemon Sleep on your device.
  2. Next, start a sleeping session and take a nap for a good number of hours (8 Hours Max).
  3. After that, wake up and check which Pokemon has spawned in the game.
  4. Then, click on the Pokemon you’d like to capture.
  5. And after that, feed them Biscuits until you unlock the following Pokemon’s Level 1.
  6. Once done, that Pokemon will be added to your Pokedex and available for you to get added to the Helpers Team.

As mentioned above, the types of Pokemon spawn on the basis of what kind of sleeper you are. For example, if you are a Dozing sleeper, then you’ll attract Caterpie, Bulbasaur, and other Pokemon. There’s also a high chance of Shiny variant spawns, so make sure you have plenty of Cookies on you.
