Where to Find and Catch Sandfish in Nier Replicant
You can find the Sandfish for the Fisherman’s Gambit’s part 6 quest in the Desert region which is where you will find the sand river. Its location is in the south-western corner of the map. The best bait to bring is the normal Lure. Yes, you don’t have to go searching for any other bait, the basic one will do. Players can buy this bait at the Tackle shop where they can buy and stock up on other bait as well for the future.
Once you have reached the Desert and cast the fishing line, wait for a pull and immediately reel it in. Don’t wait for a biting pattern here like the Rhizodont, the Sandfish will bite once and it’s time to pull. Make sure you get the fish’s HP to zero while it puts up a fight. When that is done, you will be able to catch the fish and with three, you can talk to the old man. This will complete this stage of the quest.
