MultiVersus is an action-platform video game that features a wide range of iconic characters from different franchises. You will encounter and fight against several characters as you progress. While fighting is one thing, taunting your opponents is the ultimate psychological warfare. It can be fun taunting characters like Batman and Arya Stark as you beat them. There are different emotes that you can use to taunt your opponents. But the taunting system is not much explained in the game. So, here’s our guide that explains how to taunt in MultiVersus.
How to Taunt Enemies in MultiVersus
Hit one of the four directional keys on your D-Pad to taunt your opponents. If you are a PC player, you can use the T,2,3,4 keys to use taunts or emotes.
- Alternatively, you can also change these keybinds by heading to Main Menu > Settings > Controls.
- You will find the Controls under the top of the submenu. Scroll down to navigate the option for Taunts.
- Select the slots for taunts and toggle them to assign the keybinds.
- You can use four slots for emotes or taunts.
The addition of the taunts or emotes compensates for the lack of voice chat and the game chat in-game. You can use the taunting emotes to flex upon your enemies. But make sure to not use them during the fight or match. In addition to that, you can also purchase them using Gleamium. Scroll till the end to find out.
How to Buy or Add Taunts
Follow these steps:
- On the main menu, head to the Collection tab on the left pane of the screen.
- Then, select the character you want to add suitable emotes.
- As you select the character, you will see their current tier and the unlocked emotes that are available.
- Select the suitable emote and purchase it for Gleamium. If you are out of Gleamium, you can check out our guide on how to get Gleamium for more insight.
