Jenos (Genos) is a Mythic unit of the ALS that players can get from Banner 1 and Banner 2 Summon. Like all the other summonable characters, it appears after certain intervals, and you need to roll for it when it is available. Refresh time can be seen on the left side of the window. If you wish to get this before any other units, avoid using the Emeralds and stockpile them till they appear in the list.

You can earn this currency by completing the quests and acts. Alternatively, you can redeem the Anime Last Stand codes for some free Emeralds.

The first banner has 1 Mythic character, so the drop rate is 0.5%. However, the second banner only has three units, and Mythics are common summons, so you can easily get it by using the banner while it is on the list. It will cost you 50 Emeralds to use the first one and 75 in the second. Mythic Pity for the first banner is 250.

To unlock the second banner, you must complete Act 6 of the Hollow Dimension from the Story mode without difficulty. This is also the act that drops the Ulmiorra Unit of Ulquiorra. You get some Emeralds from finishing the stage.
