Who is Scaramouche in Genshin Impact?
Scaramouche in Genshin Impact is sixth of the eleven Fatui Harbingers. He is a stock clown character. Similar to other Fatui characters in the game, the name and character Scaramouche is inspired by an Italian Theatre called commedia dell’arte. If we go by the theatre, Scaramouche is supposed to have criminal tendencies with a penchant for intrigue.
Thanks to a tweet by Zeneit, we now know the appearance of Scaramouche. He is also sometimes referred to as the “umbrella man” due to the umbrella-like over-head thing he wears.

Can I Play as Scaramouche in Genshin Impact Update 1.1?
It looks like Scaramouche is going to be a playable character in Genshin Impact as he is a part of the “A New Star Approaches” trailer. There is no confirmation on this, but Scaramouche may be an Electro element character and may wield a Catalyst weapon. However, these are just rumors, but assuming that Update 1.1 is about to add many characters, Scaramouche will hopefully be a playable character.
