You will unlock Flawless Gems once you reach Level 50 in Diablo 4. However, to craft Flawless Gems with the Jeweler NPC in D4, you will have to reach Level 60. So, you will need to do a lot of grinding. And it’s no surprise that Flawless Gems are an Endgame item. They boast some of the highest stats, which Royal Gems only bettered.

One of the most difficult challenges is getting past Level 50 in Diablo 4. To make this possible, you will have to unlock World Tier 3. You can do that by clearing the Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon at Kyovashad. At this point, you might have already completed the main story campaign. So, to level up quickly, finish side quests or clear Dungeons and Strongholds in Diablo 4.

As soon as your character Level reaches 60, you will get Flawless Gems. You will need to head to the Jeweler NPC to craft these gems. If you have three Standard gems, you can use them to craft Flawless Gems. Finally, you will be able to also craft Royal Gems by exchanging three Flawless Gems. Once you collect enough of them, you can use them to improve your Class’ build with these gems.
