It is worth mentioning that leaving the game mid-way would pause the timer and you will need to spend the remaining time once you launch the game again. It’s a good time for you to head out and catch some pals or set up an automated ore farm to get those resources from time to time.
That said, dungeon bosses will respawn once the dungeon’s timer has been reset in Palworld. After which, you can head back inside and capture those randomly spawned dungeon bosses in the game. And finally, Tower bosses respawn immediately after they have been defeated. You wouldn’t have to wait for them as you can just interact with the tower and face them again.
