Can You Delete Buildings In LEGO Fortnite? (How To Remove)

Published Date :

The world of LEGO Fortnite might be vast, but building a castle on top of a hill or settling a civilization on river banks is something one would love to create. Often these prime locations already have some structures that are ruins. To build anything, you first need to get rid of them, but the question is how do you do that? Here we have brought you ways to destroy or delete buildings in the game.

As we upgrade our Utilities and Villages, we unlock new designs for houses. This is when we can start to envision the plan for a village, where removing the old one is also crucial. We have to create a space for using those new blueprints.

The only way to remove any buildings in LEGO Fortnite is by destroying them. You cannot delete any structure, and neither can you move them. Pretty much like how we do it in real, it has to be destroyed using tools or explosives, but unlike reality, we can even use our bare hands.

Most ruins you stumble upon along the way can be taken down with the hands; just keep attacking them. You can use the pickaxe or swords, but they will get weak and break at some point. You’ll have to keep a few handy for destroying a big structure if you plan to use them. If possible, craft uncommon or rare ones, as they will last longer.

Alternatives to both of these are explosives: Dynamite and Boom Barrel. It’s a must-try method, when buildings collapse with those it looks pretty dope. You can craft the Dynamite using 1 Blast Powder and 3 Knotroot Rods or make a Boom Barrel using 6 Planks and 3 Blast Powder. Put them near the structure and interact to use them.

That’s all on how to remove and delete buildings in LEGO Fortnite. If this is interesting to you, skim through our Fortnite section; we have covered many topics from the mode.
