You can find the Collapsing Stars sorcery spell at the War Dead Catacombs in Caelid. The catacombs are located to the extreme northeast of Caelid. But to enter these catacombs, you need to defeat the Starscrouge Radahn first.

- Once you have defeated the Starscrouge Radahn, head to the extreme north corner of Caelid.
- As you pass through the Wailing Dunes, you will notice a cliffside.
- Head towards the north direction until you find a door.
