How to Change Servers in Palia

switch servers palia

There is no option to select servers. You can change servers in Palia by simply loading into a different zone. The developers themselves admitted that you can’t select servers specifically. Players will be taken to a random server each time they hop onto a different zone. So, to summarise, players are only separated by regions, the rest of it is just a mega server.

There can be times when you land on a server with players who speak a language that you cannot understand. In such a case you will need to change your servers to ensure that you can seamlessly communicate with the other players. You can do so by simply jumping onto another zone in Palia. Chances are that you may get the ideal server on the first attempt. If not, then keep trying a few times more till you find the right server of players.

On the other hand, if you are unable to play with random players then there are chances that Palia’s servers might be down. If you want to team up with your friends, then make sure that you send them a  server sync request from your social menu. This will allow them to join your server.
