How to Change your Name in Splitgate?
To change your name in Splitgate, you will have to change your Steam username. There is no other way to change your in-game name as of now. Splitgate is still in beta but when it officially launches, let’s see if the developers add the option to change your player name within the game itself.
How to Change Steam Profile Name
- Launch the Steam Client.
- Log in if you haven’t already.
- You will see your username at the top right of the screen.
- Click on it and select View Profile form the drop down.
- Click on Edit Profile.
- Type in your new Profile name under the Profile Name section.
- Click on Save.
- This will change your Steam name instantly.
- Launch Splitgate after these steps and you will see your new name right there.
