- Go to Fletch’s tent and talk to her. Apply for a Trapping License for 500 Permit Points. The Trapping License is unlocked after purchasing a Hunting License. A Hunting License costs 250 PP.
- Upgrade your Trapping License to level 2 so that the crafting recipe for an Advanced Animal Trap gets unlocked.
- The ingredients required to build an Advanced Animal Trap are:
- 1x Iron Bar – Iron Bars are obtained from Iron Ores. Put Iron Ore inside a Furnace to convert it into an Iron Bar.
- 1x Hard Wood Plank – Get a Logging License for 250 PP from Fletch. Get a Pickaxe and cut down the Hard Wood to get the Log. Later, put the Hard Wood Log inside a Table Saw to get Hard Wood Plank.
- 2x Old Sprink – Use a Metal Detector to find the barrels buried under the ground. These barrels contain Old Spring inside them.
- Once the required ingredients are collected, craft an Advanced Animal Trap using a Crafting Table.
- Further, find a Magpie and set up the trap without spooking it. Place meat inside the trap and get away from the trap and get away from it.
- Once the Magpie notices the meat, it will fly right into the trap. Later, you can drop the bird into an Animal Collection Point to get rewards.
