However, this is an endgame item so if you are in the early or mid stages of the game, don’t read ahead to avoid spoilers. That being said, in this article, we will tell you what is Booster Energy and how to get it in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
What is Booster Energy in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Booster Energy is a held item used to increase the stats of Paradox Pokemon without a trigger. Paradox variants are a part of the post-game unlockables in Scarlet & Violet. These variants have exclusive abilities like Quark Drive and Protosynthesis. Using these abilities, they can boost their highest stat in a battle. But, they are triggered by terrain conditions like Harsh Sunlight or Electric Terrain. On the contrary, you can use this item to trigger those abilities without any requirements. This can prove to be a huge advantage in any battle. However, it does not work on regular Pokemon so you have to catch a Paradox variant.
How to Get Booster Energy
First, you have to complete all the main storylines to get access to the Zero Gate. From there, you can enter Lab Zero at the bottom of Area Zero. Once you reach there, look around for a Pile of Rocks and you will find this item in a Pokeball. You can get Booster Energy in Scarlet and Violet by catching Paradox Pokemon. They have a 5% chance of holding this item and they will immediately use it in a battle. So, if you find a Paradox that does not use it immediately, run away and look for another.
