If you have been playing Necromancer, for a while, you might already know how to unlock Golem. Since Diablo 4 currently has three different types of Golem, players like me have often wondered which one would be the best pick while facing hordes of enemies. Necromancer is one of the best solo class in Diablo IV and in order to master it, you need to have control over your Golem. In this guide, we will provide you with the abilities of each golem so you can pick out the best.
Best Necromancer Golem to Pick in Diablo 4
There are currently three Golems in the game, Bone Golem, Blood Golem, and Iron Golem. The first one that players unlock is the Bone Golem once they complete the Necromancer: Call of the Underworld quest. Since this quest is specific, you won’t come up against it unless you are using a Necromancer build. Once you reach Level 32, you will have all Golems unlocked and you might wonder which one to pick. For us, the best Necromancer Golem in Diablo 4 is the Blood Golem mainly because of it’s ability to drain life from enemies and heal itself. You can check out the abilities of all Golems below and then pick for yourself.
All Bone Golem Abilities
Bone Golem are tank types in their gameplay style and can taunt nearby enemies. Here are all the abilities of the Bone Golem:
- Perk 1 – Gain a corpse each time the Bone Golem takes up to 20% damage of its maximum life.
- Perk 2 – The Bone Golem will get +10% maximum life; inherits 50% of your Thorns value.
- Sacrifice – Sacrificing your Golem gets you +10% attack speed; unable to summon all types of Golems.
All Blood Golem Abilities in Diablo 4
Blood Golem are the best Necromancer summons in Diablo 4 particularly because of it’s ability to drain life from enemies and heal itself. Here are all the abilities of the Blood Golem:
- Perk 1 – The Blood Golem will absorb 15% of the damage taken by the Necromancer.
- Perk 2 – The Blood Golem will have 25% damage reduction and 50% increased damage while it’s healthy.
- Sacrifice – Sacrificing your Golem gets you +10% max HP; unable to summon all types of Golems.
All Iron Golem Abilities
Iron Golem does have an AOE ability that can stun enemies. However, the Blood Golem still trumps them. Here are all the abilities of Iron Golem:
- Perk 1 – Every fifth slam creates a frontal shockwave.
- Perk 2 – The slam will make enemies vulnerable for three seconds.
- Sacrifice – Sacrificing your Golem gets you +30% critical damage; unable to summon all types of Golems.
