In order to beat Leandra the Shadow Priestess in this game, you need to attack her until she loses all her health. She is a level 46 boss, hence make sure the gear your character uses, makes your level at least 46 or anywhere above it. Below are all of the moves she uses in this fight.

  • Assassin spawn: When the fight starts Leandra will use her shadow powers to summon or spawn Assassin’s these have somewhat low health but can deal quite some damage. They try to attack you then dissolve to the ground. You can dodge them by evading or blocking their attacks.
  • Ground Projectiles: She will create spear-like projectiles that shoot upwards from the ground. You can see their animation, of them forming before the launch. You can dodge it by getting away from it.
  • Shadow balls: She will prepare and shoot three shadow balls at the player. The center one follows a straight line while the ones on the side attack the player following a curved path. They have a limited range and all three shadow balls connect and hit at the same location. Once they hit at the same spot they have an AoE attack that covers a good area. You can dodge this attack by moving in between the gaps of these shadow balls or by running away and getting out of its attack range.

These 3 are basically the main moves she uses that you need to look out for. Once you get used to her attack pattern you can time your attacks by knowing the openings and eventually chipping away her health.

That covers everything you should know about how to defeat Leandra the Shadow Priestess in V Rising. If you need help with some other bosses of this game then check our guides on how to beat Raziel the Shepherd, Vincent the Frostbringer, Putrid Rat, and Jade the Vampire Hunter.
