A Hollow Coronation Destiny 2 Quest Aeger's Scepter Guide

Destiny 2 has a new quest known as A Hollow Coronation in Season of the Lost. Completing this quest does have its benefits as you will be able to obtain the Ager’s Scepter rifle as part of a quest. However, this is easier said than done, and you will have to complete quite a lot of steps before you get there. So, scroll down and find out how to complete the Hollow Coronation Quest.

How to complete A Hollow Coronation Quest in Destiny 2?

A Hollow Coronation Destiny 2 Quest Aeger's Scepter Guide

To complete the ‘A Hollow Coronation’ quest in Destiny 2 you will have to fulfill the following missions:

    • Find 5 Atlas Skews
    • Collecting Parallax Trajectories
    • Defeat Champions
    • Get Three Stands of Nobility
    • Kill the final boss

    Finding 5 Atlas Skews

There are 5 separate locations where you will be able to find the Atlas Skews. To get to these locations you will have to use the Taken Portals in the Dreaming City.

    Harbinger Cathedral Location

Go over to Harbinger’s Seclude and look for the Ahamkara Skulls location on the map. You will be able to find them at the end of a large building after you jump down from the elevator. Here you will find a Taken Portal that will teleport you to the room where the Atlas Skew is.

    Garden Giant Statue Location

Go over to The Strand and move towards the Garden of Esila. Once you reach here, you will be able to find a Courtyard with Hive Enemies. Look on top and you will be able to see a large bridge. Just jump on this bridge and head over to the monument. Another Taken Portal awaits you here which will take you to the Atlas Skew.

    Confluence Giant Crystal Room Location

Go over to the Divalian Mists and head over to the Spire of Keres. Jump down onto the bridge below you and keep walking to the spire. Just stay on this path and you will get to a Taken Portal. The portal will take you to another room where you will be able to find the Atlas Skew.

    Confluence Throne Room Portal Location

This Atlas Skew is pretty close to where you find the last one. Just go back to the room with the Blue Crystal and stay on the path till you get to a circular room. Here you will see a broken portal besides which you will be able to find the Atlas Skew.

    Confluence Large Tree Location

In the same room as above just go down the path on the right. Next to a large tree, you will find the final Atlas Skew.

You will first have to take part in the Astral Alignment activity. Once you kill the necessary amount of enemies, you will get 100 Parallax Trajectory. Use any type of rifle and you will be good.

Another way to get Parallax Trajectory is by killing the boss clones that randomly spawn during fights. However, you need to have the Vision of Splendor for this. Having this ability will allow you to earn Parallax Trajectories.

    Killing Champions

You will now have to kill 18 Champions in the game. The very least that you can do is deal damage to a Champion. Even if you don’t kill it, the damage will get counted. However, this quest will take time to get registered as a confirmed kill. So, patience should be your biggest virtue. You will be able to find Champions during the Orb Encounter pretty easily. In addition, you will also have to get 20 Super Kills.

Get Three Stands of Nobility to complete A Hollow Coronation quest in Destiny 2

Once you are done with the 18 Champions, you will have to get Three Strands of Nobility. You will be able to get these strands from enemies by completing the strikes. You can even take part in the strikes individually rather than the Vanguard playlist.

    Get the Ager’s Scepter

All you have to do now is go to the H.E.L.M. destination menu. Look for the exotic quest in the list given here and select it. Now, you will be able to get the exotic new trace rifle which is the Ager’s Scepter. This weapon plays a very important part in completing the Hollow Coronation Quest.

Killing the Final Boss to complete the Hollow Coronation quest in Destiny 2

To kill the Final Boss you will need to have the Ager’s Scepter trace rifle. Just equip the weapon and go over to the White Diamond on the map. Here you will be able to see a few rocks. Simply blast them by using the Ager’s Scepter. Now, keep moving and you will come across various Hive enemies. Simply see them off with your new rifle and the boss will spawn. Killing the boss with the new weapon will be pretty easy for you.
