When you check about her on the game’s fighters page. It just says:

Tekken 8 Reina roster
Well here is what we know about her and how you can unlock her. Also, Spoilers ahead for the game’s story mode and her character episode.
Who is Reina in Tekken 8?
Reina is the secret daughter of Heihachi. This is not only confirmed after you start her character episode, but it all makes sense because of her being able to use the electric powers shown by her purple and yellow color when she fights. Not to mention she has a lot of moves that are clearly inspired from Heihachi, some of which include:
- Headbutt
- Overhead Kick
- Thunder God Fist After Raijin Parry
- Splits Kick Hellsweep Raijin Stance
This could suggest he might have trained her at some point. But that’s just a possibility. Reina’s moves aren’t just about the Mishima Karate, she also uses Taido to add her own uniqueness to her fighting style.
When you complete her character episode, you find out about her true intentions. Firstly, she loves, respects, and sees her father Heihachi as her role model. She also enters the King of Iron Fist tournament in order to make Mishima Zaibatsu hers. Another proof of this resolve is her daydream in which she takes down Kazuya and has the support of Jin, Lars, Kuma, and others. Although the episode ends with her saying “…Just kidding.” as she walks towards Kazuya for the final match.
