PlayStation Plus Collection is Sony’s answer to Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass. A monthly subscription model where you will get curated PS4 games that you can download on your PS5. The new PlayStation Plus Collection was announced during Sony’s PlayStation 5 Price reveal event and if you want to know everything about it, you’ve come to the right place.
What Is PlayStation Plus Collection?
PlayStation owners are well versed with PlayStation Plus, but PlayStation Plus Collection is a brand new entry that will allow PlayStation 5 owners to purchase and download classic PS4 games to the PS5 for a monthly or yearly subscription fee.
PlayStation has been working to deliver some of the best first party and third party games that will have you immersed in every aspect of the game. While most PlayStation 5 owners will look forward to purchasing exclusive PS5 titles, Sony doesn’t want the games list to be populated with some of the best games they have produced.
While the PS Plus Collection’s price hasn’t been revealed, a lot of speculations point towards it being compiled with the regular PlayStation Plus subscription.
This will allow PS5 owners to not only get two free games each month but also a backlog of some amazing titles that impressed people all over the world. Titles like Persona 5, God of War, Marvel’s Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, The Last Guardian, and many more will be available on day one to whoever purchases the PS5 on day one.
This already looks like it will please a lot of gamers worldwide with Sony making these games available for players. It doesn’t look like this is the end as there will be more information about it in the coming weeks. We look forward to hearing more about the PS Plus Collection soon!
