To unlock the Beetle item you’ll need to obtain the Skill Issue Achievement in HoloCure. And this achievement can only be unlocked after you clear a stage without using any Character Skills. Players must also Turn Off the Fandom system during the run, or else it won’t work. If you’re having trouble completing the requirements then scroll down for easy steps.

  1. First, go ahead and launch the HoloCure game.
  2. Next, simply turn off the Fandom system.
  3. After that, buy & use the Eliminates to avoid picking up the Character Skills during the run.
  4. Then, select a Newcomer idol or a character who is on the Oshi rank.
  5. Once done, play a Stage and try your best to win it.

And after you win you’ll get the Skill Issue Achievement you’re looking for, which automatically unlocks the Beetle item in HoloCure.
