The Alchemist Class is the very first one that players will get to unlock as they progress through their campaign in For The King 2. Similar to Pathfinder, Farmer, etc, this class too won’t be available for players at the beginning and they will have to obtain it while gradually progressing through the lands of Fahrul. This class has one of the highest movement speeds amongst the classes which helps them evade the attacks more often.
Along with speed the class also has two special abilities that players can use accordingly in the game. As it is most likely to be the first character class you will come across and unlock during your playthrough, you will have to look out for different event markers. How to Unlock the Alchemist Class in For The King 2
Players will get to unlock the Alchemist Class while going through The Resistance in their campaign. In the campaign, you will come across a quest objective to rescue someone from a Prison Cart in the grasslands. Once you have the quest objective, we would recommend you search for all the hexes with events in the game. You will run into the Prison Cart in one of those hexes after which you will hear someone cry for help.
Players will then have the option to inspect and free an Alchemist from the Prison Cart in For The King 2. After rescuing him, the Alchemist class will be available for players to recruit accordingly in the game. However, it is worth mentioning you will need to unlock it first with an additional 16 Lore.
The class with its higher movement speed is also known for its two special abilities namely Smoke Flee and Make Potion. While Smoke Flee allows players to flee from any combat tile which might be effective when things go south, the Make Potion ability lets players gain a random potion. This random potion can be gained at the end of the turn on land or while clearing out the dungeon.
