Two Point Campus: How To Train Staff & Build Training Room

While playing Two Point Campus you should build a training room to train your staff members. Training them allows you to help them level up their skills. Or you can also make them learn new skills. But while the process sounds easy there are a few things that you need to do. So in this guide let us check how to train staff members in Two Point Campus, and how to build a training room.

How to Train Staff in Two Point Campus

In order to train your staff, you will need a Training Room. Once you have a training room set up, simply select the staff member and the skill that you want to train. Here is how you can do that:

  1. Click on the Personnel Management button in the bottom left corner.
  2. This will expand the tray, here click on Staff.
  3. By default, you can see all staff members. But you can click on the buttons on its side to view just the staff members from each category that are Teachers, Assistants, or Janitors.
  4. Click on the Staff member that you want to train.
  5. On the bottom right corner, you can see the “Train Staff” button. It has a blackboard icon, click on it.
  6. Now, click on the staff member that you want to train.
  7. Next, you could either upgrade the level of the existing skill of the staff member or add a new skill. Each member can have up to three skills.
  8. Depending on the skill that you want to add or train you will have to spend the money accordingly.
  9. Click on the Start Training button.
  10. This will send the staff member to the Training room and they will start their training.
  11. Wait for it to complete and they will level up or acquire the skill.

Make sure your staff has free time otherwise you won’t be able to train them.

How to Build a Training Room

You need to finish the tutorials and progress the game till you unlock your third campus. Once you set up a college for robotics you will unlock the task to build a training room. Make sure you have quite a lot of money before you start.

  1. Open the Build menu by clicking the Build button on the bottom left corner of the screen. It looks like a hammer.
  2. Scroll down and find the Training Room.
  3. You can buy it for $40100 and you also need at least 4×4 space to set it up.
  4. Once your room is ready place a Training Pod in it. It costs $35000.
  5. These two are the main things you need to add here. You can also add other things as per your choice.
  6. Once this room is ready you can start sending your staff members here to train them.
