How To Tackle In Knockout City?

Updated Date :

EA’s newest addition to its family, Knockout City may be one of the most aesthetically pleasing and quirkiest game that needs players to tackle ball attacks in the game. With 3v3, 4v4, or free-for-all matches, the game is a super fun edition of dodgeball which is based on teamwork. You and your team have to eliminate the opponents by throwing balls at them. You will similarly have to save yourself from opponent attacks by tackling their attacks. Tackling is as equal as attacking in the game. So if you are confused as to how to tackle in the Knockout City game, keep reading this guide.

How To Tackle In Knockout City?

Knockout City Tackle

This is how you can tackle in Knockout City:

  • PS – Square button
  • PC – CTRL button
  • Xbox – X button
  • Nintendo Switch – Y Button

Pressing these buttons with the direction key will tackle your character in that direction. For example, on PS, pressing the square button along with moving the joystick in the left direction will move your character to the left.

You will know when you have to tackle when there is a red circle around you. This indicates that you are about to be attacked and will be the time to tackle in Knockout City. If the ball is about to hit you from an angle that you cannot see on your screen, you will see red arrow-like signs on the side of the screen where the attack is coming from. You can also tackle in the direction of the ball to null the hit and be closer to your opponent in Knockout. This will also make the opponent lose balance and drop the ball that they are already holding.

So that is all for our guide on how to tackle in Knockout City. If you would like to know how to change the Brawler gender in the game, do check out our article on that too.
