The Sunken Pearl Tall Tale quest in Sea Of Thieves will have you look for Captain Jack Sparrow’s compass and your job is to locate the Black Pearl and retrieve the lost item. While everyone’s familiar with the ship, finding it can be a bit of a challenge in the game, if you wish to know the exact location to complete this guide, you’ve come to the right place.

To complete the Sunken Pearl Tall Tale quest in Sea Of Thieves, you will need to finish the first tall tale. After that, once you accept this mission, you will be given the quest book that will tell you more about the expedition. On pages 6 and 7, you will find the directions to get to the Sunken Pearl. It can be found North of Shark Bait Cove and Southwest of Old Salt’s Atoll.

Once you’re here all you have to do is look for a beam of bright blue light and follow it, you will need to go through the debris and if you’re getting low on oxygen, aiming for the stream of air bubbles will help fill it up. Follow along the way and in the distance, you will be able to see the Black Pearl.

To get the Captain’s cabin key, you will need to enter through the upper deck and then find a way to get to the lower level. Here you should encounter an ocean crawler, defeat it and you will get the Captain’s Cabin key.

Use this key to open up the Captain’s cabin and take Jack Sparrow’s compass from there, once you have it, simply go up to your crew and ship and you will have completed the Sunken Pearl Tall Tale quest in Sea Of Thieves.
