To get the Soul Cane in Haze Piece, players will have to interact with an NPC called an Undead Prisoner. You will be able to purchase the Soul Cane from him in the game. The NPC is located behind a secret wall on Impel Jail Island. It is worth mentioning that the required level to visit the Impel Jail Island is around 1300. Players will have to first grind their way through the levels on the islands before. We would recommend you get around 1000 before visiting the island for the Soul Cane.
Once done, you will find the Revolutionary Island to be the closest one. You can head towards the island and through the bridge. After entering the gate, inside you will find the hidden wall on the left side behind some trees.
Once done, enter the wall and you will come across the NPC in the game. After interacting with him, you will be able to purchase the Soul Cane for 100k in Haze Piece. With that being said, there are two moves that players will be able to use once they get their hands on the Soul Cane:
