Your main goal in Palworld is to survive, by any means necessary. In the process, you will have to make use of every single resource in your Inventory. Out of everything else, your tools, weapons, and other equipment are going to come in handy a lot. And that is why, it is important to keep them in working condition. Because they’ll eventually lose their durability after being used for a period of time. This wear and tear of the equipment lessens its effectiveness.

Build a Repair Bench
First things first, you’ll have to build a Repair Bench. By making use of that bench, you can easily repair anything that’s broken in your Inventory. To build a Repair Bench, you first have to unlock it by reaching Technology Level 2. Once you have the blueprint, spend x10 Stone and x10 Wood to build the Repair Bench.

Now that you have the Repair Bench, go and interact with it. It will open your Inventory and show every Weapon, Armor, and Tool that you have. From there, you can see the health of the item through the white bar. If the white bar is half empty, then you should repair that item right away. To do that, simply click on it and press the Repair button to get the job done.
It is important to note that the cost of the reparations will always be the same regardless of how damaged the tool or weapon is. I mean, if a tool is 50% damaged or if it’s 90% damaged, the cost of repairing it will be the same.
Also, after reaching Technology Level 4, you will unlock a Repair Kit that can be used for repairing structures. To craft a Repair Kit, you will have to spend x5 Fibre and x5 Stone. Your Repair Kit will exhaust repairing each structure. That said, repairing each structure will require a new Repair Kit.
