  1. So you get the debuff in Elden Ring after the Fia hug
  2. Fia is the lady in the Roundtable Hold
  3. Her hug also gives you “Baldachin’s Blessing”
  4. Use “Baldachin’s Blessing” to remove the “Debuff”
  5. Baldachin’s Blessing uses FP for temp Poise boost
  6. So use it before fighting any boss or mini-bosses
  7. To get more Baldachin’s Blessing, hug and embrace Fia again
  8. You can hug the lady anytime, and get 1 Baldachin’s Blessing
  9. But Baldachin’s Blessing does not stack
  10. So you can only hold 1 Baldachin’s Blessing at a time
  11. You can also rest at any Site of Grace and pass time to remove the “Debuff”

Once you get into the Roundtable Hold, interact with Fia (deathbed companion lady). You can find her in a small room at the location. Hugging her will give you Baldachin’s Blessing, along with a -5% health debuff. But Baldachin’s Blessing will give you a temporary Poise boost by using your FP.

As Poise is the base stat that determines your strength against attacks, you need to carefully use Baldachin’s Blessing when you really need it. This is because you can only carry a single Baldachin’s Blessing with you at any time. Once you use this consumable, the -5% vitality debuff will be removed.
