In Elden Ring, you will be exploring a huge chunk of land while you collect items, weapons, and gear. While some allow you to fight and defend, some items have the power to call in allies. Put simply, Rebirth Monument are obelisk-shaped statue available in multiple regions of the open world. In Elden Ring, if you want to summon Spirit Ashes, you will need a Rebirth Monument available in the surrounding. You can confirm that you can summon Spirit Ashes by looking for a spectral archway icon on the left of your screen.

Additionally, if you move near the edge of the area, the health bars of your summons will flicker. Along with that, they will soon disappear if you move out of the area completely.

Where to Find Rebirth Monument

Although they are available all over the vast lands, there are a few particular places where you can find Rebirth Monuments in Elden Ring. Here are the notable places:

  • Boss Fights
  • Legacy Dungeons
  • Combat Areas

Now there is a chance that you will be able to summon Spirit Ashes whilst being away from Rebirth Monuments. In such cases, once you defeat the boss the summoned spirits will vanish.
