Why Do Fortnite Pro Players & Sweats Use Female Skins
The real reason Fortnite Pro players use female skins is due to their smaller size. Over the years, there’s been a myth that female skins have a smaller hitbox. But that’s not the case as every skin has the same sized hitbox regardless of the size. Coming back to their smaller size, it offers you comparatively better vision.
As Fortnite is a third-person shooter game, the playable character takes some space. If you use a big-sized skin such as Thanos or Brutus, they can cover a large area of the screen. Due to this, you might have difficulty when you try to Aim down sights (ADS). You can see the difference between small and big size skin in the image below:
Furthermore, you cannot afford to restrict the screen during ranked matches or competetive tournaments. As you choose smaller skin, you get more space on the screen. This grants you a better vision to hunt down your enemies. You also have a tad bit chance of slipping away from your opponents due to this smaller size.
Being smaller in size, these skins are a smaller target. It’s not because of smaller hitboxes but because they are slightly challenging to hit and better hidden. So, Fortnite players don’t use female skins because of smaller hitboxes. But simply because of their smaller size as they take up less space on the screen.

Are Female/Girl Skins Better?
The answer to that question is No. Female skins aren’t better than the rest of the Fortnite skins as all skins have the same hitboxes. But that being said, female skins or other smaller skins have some advantages over bigger skins. These include having better vision, more chances of evading opponents, and easier ADS.
