Updated Date :

Polytextile is an important material used while modding Spacesuits in Starfield. Like Ytterbium, this resource is also difficult to find. You will definitely feel the need to upgrade your existing Suit after a while but without this item, the job can’t be done. And that’s why, we are here to help you through this. In this guide, you will learn the easiest ways to get your hands on the Polytextile. So take a look below to get started.

Where to Get Polytextile in Starfield

There are hundreds of Planets and looking for Polytextile on each one of them will take forever. Instead, you can take an easy way around and craft it on your own. For that, you will require x2 Fabric and x1 Cosmetic. Once you have them, head over to an Industrial Workbench to craft a Polytextile in Starfield. One of the Industrial Workbenches can be found inside the Lodge’s Basement.

If not crafting, then you can also spend some Credits to purchase Polytextile from vendors. It is most commonly purchased from the following merchants:

  • Trade Authority – The Well, New Atlantis in Planet Jemison of Alpha Centauri System
  • Sieghart Outfittersm – Neon City in Planet Volii Alpha of Volii System

Both of these Shops sell the Polytextile for sure. In case you don’t find them here, try waiting for 24 in-game hours. All the items at the Shop will be refreshed and you will find the Polytextile there.

How to Use Polytextile in Starfield

As mentioned earlier, Polytextile is a useful crafting material for upgrading Spacesuits. While there are some Best Spacesuits too, at some point, you will have to upgrade their storage capacity. Moreover, for someone who keeps on looting every item en route, enhancing storage is necessary.

Actually, finding Polytextile in Starfield is easier than finding Sterile Nanotubes and Titanium. So, you can check out our guides to know their location as well.
