How Can I Change Bedtime in Pokemon Sleep?

To change & set a new Bedtime in Pokemon Sleep, click on the Sleep button and select the Bedtime option. There you’ll be able to manually customize the bedtime hours according to your preferences. How To Change Bedtime In Pokemon Sleep Customize and Set New Sleeping Time

  1. First, launch the Pokemon Sleep on your device.
  2. Next, click on the Sleep button located on the bottom right of your screen.
  3. After that, while you’re in the Sleep Preparation Menu, click on the Bedtime option.
  4. Then, simply scroll and enter your desired Bedtime.
  5. Once done, click on the Save button to keep the changes.

As mentioned earlier, players can change their Bedtime every day. But don’t forget, every time you do, it’ll reset the Stamp Progress. And if you are okay with that, then go ahead and make the changes. Sleeping at the entered time is assumed to be quite important. That’s because the game spawns a type of Pokemon on the basis of your Sleep type. For example, if you have a Dozing Sleep type, then there’s a chance that you may get a Bulbasaur.
