How to Unlock Zenchiki Hasegawa in P5S
Zenchiki Hasegawa is available pretty late on in the game. He can be unlocked after visiting the fifth Jail in the game. The fifth jail is also known as the Kyoto Jail. The Kyoto Jail is towards the tail end of the game and thus you don’t get to use Zenchikias much. You can unlock him when you have reached almost halfway through the Kyoto dungeon. After you unlock him he becomes one of the playable characters in the game.
While Persona 5 Royal was the previous title in the Persona series, characters such as Maruki and Kasumi seem to be missing from Persona 5 Strikers. Kasumi was a playable character in Royal so it is pretty surprising that she has been omitted in this game. Maybe Altus might think about adding her in the DLC pack that will come later on. Maruki anyway was a side character throughout the game.
